Took awhile to finally have my Alex..got him today and..Damaged 
Pegs don't fit the holes...huge gap on both ends
And a bang came broken...it was just shaking in the box..wasn't even secured in the foam..that was really bad and careless..
Just sent them an email...hopefully they respond and send me a replacement soon because I'm very disappointed...

Dude, I think you have him on the base the wrong way round. Mine didn't fit either, but I've been sent a replacement base. Just email Audrey. She'll sort it out hopefully.

Yea I did that and still no go, it actually didn't even sit at all when I did that because one peg is wider and shorter

One peg is suppose to be shorter than the other, but yeah a lot of these have problems.

Dragon mine were the same way I couldn't get either one in the base. Few people said they managed to forcefully spread his legs to get him in the base.

I had him fit nicely the first time I put him in, but when I moved him to a different shelf and put him back on the base I've since been unable to get him to fit in right :/ His right foot sticks out a bit. It annoys me a lot more than it should LOL.

Yea thanx, That is what they said in the reply but forcing caused some visible scratches on the base and he is still kind of floating on it with pegs somewhat visible. Maybe mines was worse? I sent them more pics and they are going to send me a replacement base and another bang, so its all good.
