I doubt PCS would opt to redesign the polystyrene / styrofoam at this late stage.
The area around the 'bone' should have been larger.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing.
Really PCS should have made the 'fragile' bone piece as a separate piece that is added to the base by the end user.

If it's like the blade which I assume it is it's still filling out the original ES, not another 750, I doubt they would make another 750 either that is a lot to sell.
