Curious Rainer, we’re you a fan of Juggs from Deadpool? I certainly was not.

Really? I thought they nailed Colossus and Juggs in Deadpool. Granted Juggs didn't have his usual costume, but the attitude and power level seemed pretty spot on.

I think he is talking about the look of Juggernaut, not the personality. Since statues don't talk (at least not to me), the suit design is what need to be great on this piece. A vest is not it IMO for Juggernaut. All I think he is some man with a S&M Man-at-Arms fetish.

they will probably add unnecessary buckles and straps to the costume as usual

I wasn’t a fan of Colossus either.
Juggs was way underpowered. My guy can take an colossus easily.
I’m also used to Colossus being a young stud. This version he looked older. Would of been dope to see a power up scene.

Funny thing about X-Men is that Claremont gave a lot of them on panel definitive ages that most writers just ignore nowadays. Jean, Magik, Storm, Rogue, Nightcrawler, etc, were all given specific ages. In the 80s comics it was stated several times Colossus was a teenager. He obviously aged, but still should be relatively young.

Alright XM, what is this costume?

It’s best to start with the comic costume and make little updates and tweaks. Like their Magneto on throne. Who complains about that costume? Nobody. Juggernaut needs those torso lines, not a vest.

Cyttorak don’t do vests!

Hi Kvsm23vs24,

Even though I am not quite sure why the makers of Deadpool 2 went for a different look of The Juggernaut compared to the comics or X-Men 3: The Last Stand, I must admit that overall I enjoyed Juggernaut's appearance in that movie.

Admittedly, Juggernaut was a bit underpowered and I had my doubts about the way Juggernaut was temporarily stopped by Colussus (stopping Juggy by throwing him in water and giving him electrical shocks... really?) but I liked the fact that Juggernaut was portrayed as a 'Tank', a powerful behemoth you should rightfully be very scared of.

I also liked Juggy's dangerous, no-nonsense 'Don't mess with me!' attitude.

I believe Juggernaut has grown a lot as a character ever since he was first introduced as a super strong, nigh invulnerable, but also a bit simple brute force. Somehow his 'crush-first-ask-questions'-later attitude in the movie worked well however for the type of character he was supposed to be in the movie.way he was portrayed in the movie.

Just my two cents though; YMMV!

PS: I hope that XM Studios will use Juggy's comic book appearance as the basis for their design.
I would not mind if they make some tweaks and changes as they see fit but I when I think of Juggy I first and foremost think of him the way he looks in the comics.

I have faith in the talented people at XM Studios however and cannot wait to see more pictures of the unstoppable force of nature!
