It looks amazing but I phased out my LotR collection. Will only have the Balrog diorama.

I'm the opposite. I've never been terribly impressed with either Sideshows or Weta's LoTR pieces aside from a few like SS Sauron and Dark Rider as well as Weta 1/3 Gollum. But the Prime 1 pieces are hitting all the right notes. Just need Gimili and the wizards. The hobbits I'd love, but I'd rather Prime 1 do a diorama with all 4 instead of 4 individual pieces. The scene with them huddled around Frodo at Amon Sul would be my pick.
