the morrison new x-men outfit? if so that would be totally random and not look good with all the others it also wouldn't be as recognizable as jean if they were going to do a different jean costume they haven't already done i would think marvel girl would sell better than the new x-men leather daddy outfits.

the reason i think it's emma is the pose we also don't have a statue from sideshow of emma in her most recognizable outfit (the white bustier/leather pants/cape look) well there is the old one but that's the ugliest thing i've ever seen in my life

Whoever it is, she wears a long flowing coat. Doesn't look like a cape to me, as you can see the coat like sleeves on her arms.

So, maybe it is Emma in a long coat.
