I bought the 3D BlurRay.. And even recorded the HBO airing for my DVR ease... But I just can't CONvince myself to like it...

At least we had Smallville, Bale Batman trilogy, and now Arrow and soon to come FLASH!!!

Arrow Has Given DC Comics the Best On-Screen Superhero Franchise

The CW series may not help DC topple Marvel and its Avengers — but that's not what's really important

Just think. If the plot by General Zod, who was really Lex Luthor, and his plan was to get 2 nuclear missiles to get California to fall into the ocean this movie might have got a much better reception.

Imagine going back and saying

This will be the only solo Superman film for the next decade.

Superman will next do a versus movie with Batman (Dark Knight Returns style), and Wonder shows up to help fight Doomsday, Superman dies.

Justice League movie is next for him (he comes back to life) and it flops so there are actually now two very different versions of the same film by different directors.

He gets a cameo in Shazam, a silhouette in the Peacemaker series (what?!) and then returns for an end credit teaser in Black Adam before being apparently completely rebooted.

What a baffling era for the Man of Steel on the big screen.
