It's hard not to compare the greatness of a comic book movie such as civil war or the avenger's and x-men is my favorite franchise so I will always judge it harder but I trully feel a major edge the avenger movies have over the x-men is the acting. Outside of magneto, professor X, and quicksilver, the acting is very average in my opinion. Wasn't impressed with actors playing storm, jean grey, or cyclops to be honest.

Agreed. The later actors mentioned barely added any significant weight to their roles.
I would also add Psylocke to that list. Her wide granny panties design to her costume didn't help matters either.
Michael Fassbender is a superb actor and my favorite out of the bunch.

I thought Tye Sheridan was great as a young Cyke as was what little we saw of Alexandra Shipps Storm.

I thought that Sophie Turner was great as Jean. Quiet but sweet and knows her own powers are dangerously strong.
Sophie Turner is also beautiful. She and Emma Watson are stunning IMO. Damn those young British women

Sophie Turner did a fine job as a young Jean. I love her role on Game of Thrones as well.
Although quite stunning, I found Olivia Munn's acting quite wooden and 1 dimensional.

I thought James marsden was better and wish he was given more to work with and thought famke was good too. Sophie looks the part but nothing special to me in terms of acting the role and don't like the choice for storm. Still don't feel fox has done storms character justice yet.
