There's actually been a few ATST options recently.
MYC produced 2 scales of the ATST. Also, the artist that is making my ATAT, also produces a larger scaled ATST.

The MYC 1/24 scale ATST was about $900.
Miguel's 1/35 ATAT is about 1700 Euro.
