Oh, there are a lot of sheep who obsessively defend ANYTHING some of these corporations do, and the Disney shills are some of the worst out there. They're the ones who have yelled from the hills that the MCU is doing just as great as it ever has, even though over the last few years, we've seen bomb after bomb after bomb.

i think the sad reality is the number of casual fans outnumber the fans of the real source material so they probably figure bringing RDJ will put more bodies in seats versus just relying on competent story telling and good writing with a new character / actor. not that theyve had either of those in the last several years but i dont think this was the correct course correction regardless

Another thing, why have Doom appear as the main villian for the Avengers' movie? It should be in a F4 one. The Avengers have plenty of big ass villains: Korvac, Count Nefaria, Mephistos, just to name a few.

My guess is he'll make his official debut in F4, whether it be as the main villain, or just an end credit scene teaser.
