Supanova Melbourne 2011

Back at the hotel after a couple of great days at Supanova in Melbourne. Got to catch up with Rod and Alex again, and also met Ken, Steph, Belinda (Rod's sister), Jarrod and Scott.

I managed to pick up quite a few pieces.

First off, I got the print that Greg Capullo produced specifically for Supanova.


I also managed to get a couple of quick sketches from him:




Got a couple of piece in my Spider-Man - Friends and Foes sketchbook. Firstly from Jon Sommariva:

Was again unsuccessful in convincing Colin Wilson to do a J Jonah Jameson for my Spidey sketchbook, but he did do this Joe Pineapples (from the A.B.C. Warriors in 2000AD) for me:

As well as a print for Shanan, who is a big fan of the movie Labyrinth:

Awesome pieces, and of course, a lot of the fun comes from hanging out and catching up in person. The Chamba piece I really dig, he's really improved leaps and bounds.
