Not sure which direction that green cloud is going but he looks angry that it's connected from that GL toilet bowl to his rear end.

and actually in the 70's remake of the Blob it did attack someone by coming up a toilet while someone was sitting on it

That base is the most perfect translucent green. With that lighting it looks amazing!!!
