I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Never said shutting them down. Be a tall task tho. Just Terry has been out of Boston for awhile now and great players adapt/evolve.

Not how I would describe Clay Buchholz.

Ortiz evolved from his days with the Twins. I don't think he and Pedroia are radically different players now than from a few years ago.

And I know you never said shutting them down. It's what I was suggesting in my first post.

David Price laid another egg in a postseason start. He has become the opposite of a big-game pitcher.

Toronto sweep! They showed Texas who is boss after the teams' mid-season brawl.

David Ortiz's career ends with a sweep of the Red Sox in the division series. I did not expect him to go out like that.

The good fortune of having curse breaker, Theo Epstein as the Cubs' GM was stronger than the Giants' lucky alternate year World Series run.

Terry Francona can't make a bad move at all this postseason. Indians' starting pitcher gets pulled in the first inning because of an injury? No problem, Tito can handle it. Amazing.

Wouldn't mind seeing the Cubs win but I'm not sure anyone can handle Cleveland's bullpen right now.

If that indeed becomes the World Series matchup, both teams can thank the Yankees for helping them get there. Aroldis Chapman and Andrew Miller have become the most important relievers on their respective teams.

Cubs bats are frozen atm. Indians are so close. How embarrassing getting injured by a drone, he should be fined.
