It sucks because I feel like they're so close. I'd be very happy with that storm if the paint apps weren't so plain. The excuse that these are animated versions doesn't cut it IMO because the animated series had dark lines and shading to imitate the look of the comics. These figures don't have any of that.

As a few others have already said, I was not expecting Bishop so soon. As much as I like this line, I'm a little let down with him. His proportions seem off somehow. I'm sure there will be some misses along the way, but I'm glad we're getting these. Really hoping for a Rogue/Gambit set real soon.

I don't mind the lack of detail and paint because I can see these in a fun 90s pop art type of way... but the price should reflect that.

i am really hoping we see gambit and rogue soon.... if i like them i will probably get the whole line, if i dont i will probably skip the whole line.

The 92 X-men pull me in! Love that team!
the lack of detail pushes me away.

I love team building! So I keep thinking about it.
Knowing how awesome the detail of the other ArtFx statues are and these aren't, puts me back on the fence.

Having said that, I still do mockups of possible setups.

Doesn't seem to be the popular opinion around here but I really like that Bishop.

I'm with you it looks fantastic. To my eyes they are all just like the cartoon which is exactly what I want.

I am too was surprised she was paired with bishop. I was expecting Jean Grey to be paired up with her. anyways storm is still a must have for me. Now Bring the ultimate love team GAMBIT AND ROGUE next!
