Hercules Mini Busts

For those who have the Hercules mini busts. I want to buy one of them but I'm undecided, the difference seems minimal. I like the classical because those are the same colors from the Kirby era which matches a poster I have of Thor vs Hercules by Kirby and the pose seems a bit nicer with the turning of the face but the modern one has the texture in the lapel and it seems a bit more muscle definition plus the base as a Greek column looks really cool. Just in case buying both is not an option.

I have both versions and prefer the classical. The base seems to be more substantial. The pillar on the modern version seemed a bit too small IMO.

Thank you and good to know. Is the body sculpture basically the same? I seem to notice the musculature has a bit more striations on the modern one but it could be just the angle of the pictures.

The shoulder strap, bracelets and belt are wider on the modern version. The classical version is slightly taller. The body sculpture is the same on both versions.

The head on the classic is facing more toward his right shoulder. The modern version is facing more toward the front.

Thank you, I think I'm getting the classical version.

Glad to report I'm the new owner of a classic Hercules Bowen mini bust. Thanks everyone for the good advice.
