Yep. Pretty easy. You can just go to kinkos or walmart to print it out. Make it glossy 11x17

I mean just doing a quick search on the bay shows the regular at $285 with free shipping, and the exclusive is about $450.
But, doing a search of past completed sales shows the regular going for about $250 and the exclusive also going for the same price about $250 - $300 in auction listings.

thank you, indeed.
i've noticed statues out of japan are very overpriced on the bay. this one for example they have it listed anywhere from 600-900$.
also for small kotobukiya statues they have them listed anywhere from 350-450$ when they are really going for 150-200$
any reason for why japan grossly overvalues all statues?

Find out the artist, I can't recall who it was (edit, image states Fabian Monk). They may do prints of their own.
