Whoa! My brother and I did crap like that to our less desirable action figures all the time when we were kids. Need a Two-Face figure? Hold Hawkeye Pierce's face to the stove and voila (yes, there was a MASH action figure line)! Need some mutants for Buck Rogers to fight? Hit the Dukes of Hazard with WD-40 and a match!
