The original Trek and it's early subsequent spin-offs provide plenty of fodder for sexy girls. Troi in that original miniskirt as well as that blue dress she wore in some later seasons. Hopefully they mine some of these older characters from TOS. Please excuse the crudeness of these drawings as they were merely thumbnail concepts about 2-3 inches high. I love me some classic Trek and would buy probably them all!
Star Trek isn?t as big as Star Wars but Exo-6 is showing there is a market for 1/6 scale figures. I would bet there would be a market for Star Trek Bishoujos and if Electric Tiki made a Star Trek line like pictured I bet they would sell. Electric Tiki has a following.

If this was their big, exciting new license reveal, I'm left supremely disappointed. But, I guess the good news for me is that it will save me a bunch of money.

Who was it that was played by Kirstie Alley? Then there's 7 of 9, Jadzia Dax(?), etc... There were plenty of hot Trek women.

I'm not saying there's a lack of sexy women on Star Trek at all. I'm just saying that there's a lack of sexy costumes that are iconic to the franchise that Koto (or any company) can really pull from. Cuz you can certainly point out a bunch of famous names from a large list of actresses who've appeared on each show. But they all wore pant suits, or some kind of alien garb that doesn't scream out "Star Trek" from across the room (or at least "sexy Star Trek").

Those Tiki drawings are great. But I know Star Trek, and I'm a fan of those costumes already. I also know how obscure a couple of them are, and there's no way Koto would make Sahna or a generic Romulan Commander because there's no immediate name or visual recognition for people who aren't that familiar with Star Trek to grasp on to and want to buy. It's why I can only see Koto maybe gender bending iconic villain names like Khan and Q, or Koto creating a 7-of-9 since Jeri Ryan was specifically brought on as a sex-bomb character in a tight cat-suit (which could easily be repainted into a T'Pol if they wanted), or Koto re-releasing the same TOS design of the mini-skirt in red and green colors as being the only other releases for this line.

It sucks. But I really can't think of any other iconic costume or look that Koto would/could invest in to make another figure with.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

This could be amazing. There's so many characters they could choose, without even gender-bending:

Uhura, Saavik, Ro Laren, T'Pol, T'Pring, Martia, Amanda Cole, Kamala, Carol Markus, Kes, Grilka , Jadzia Dax, The Duras sisters, Marta, Vina, Gaila, Hoshi Sato, Seven of Nine, Beverly Crusher, Christine Chapel, Droxine, Ishara Yar, Deanna Troi, Leeta, Vash, Kira Nerys, B'Elanna Torres, Minuet, Shahna, Kellin, Yeoman Tonia Barrows, Vina, Robin Lefler, K'ehleyr....

And plenty of them have unique uniform looks. Only a couple above would just be the standard uniform.

Bring this on, unless there's a "Star Trek Tax" involved that makes the prices nut-balls high.

I'd have preferred some non-gender bent ones, but I'll take a sexy Spock if I have to. Just please, never the Klingons from Discovery, that's all I ask. Gimme old school Klingon ladies or death! I mean, nothing...

Yeah didn't think of it earlier but definitely see them doing Uhara for the the nostalgia and diversity check boxes.

Yea ...and knowing Kotobukiya, they still could create a sexy female bishoujo even if the uniform included pants.
