Nothing about being able to redeem them on the phone and that reply was almost three months ago and still no feature or announcement. Good job giving out points that you don't allow customers to use. I guarantee you my PGM Membership will go through with no problems though!

I redeemed some reward points to order Zam Wesell statue some weeks ago. You can redeem them during checkout. Just after you confirm your shipping and billing address, there is a little tab with your accumulated points that you con mark if you want to redeem them.

And yeah Techno ever since 3D Systems took over their customer service has disappeared.

Forgive me for correcting you,but the Emperor was only a hologram in Empire so this Palpatine is from Jedi.

This mini-bust seems to be a non holographic version of the Emperor inspired by the redo Palpatine hologram scene with Ian McDiarmid for the ESB Blu-ray.

I am watching GG Celebration Anaheim conference right now and they are saying Palpatine mini-bust was going to be a holographic version, but the sculpted robes looked so good that they decided to make a non holographic Palpatine instead.
