How to sculpture a head

Hi all

Greetings to all, i am a newbie to sculpture and have been practicing for some time. i have a burning question to ask, which sound a bit fundamental, how can i sculpture a realistic face? I somehow can't figure what how to sculpture a face (with eyes). Is there any good links?

Can i ask for head with head-dress, do i bake the head first and then sculpture the head-dress or do i sculpture the head-dress on the head and then bake? thanks

I think you can do both way: I use to bake in intermediate steps, as soon as I'm satisfied with the result. Over baking should not be an issue, as far as I know
