Looks like Robert Downy Jr. will be in Captain America 3....
I wonder instead of doing Iron Man 4, he will just do smaller parts in the other Marvel Movies...

Yeah if the Sony deal doesn't pan out, it will be largely Iron-Man vs Captain America without Tony having a major superhero confidant on his side, maybe it will be Banner. And Tony ends up wanting all superheroes to report to authority, without the emphasis on secret identities.

Thinking on this more there is also a chance that Bucky fills the role held by Peter for the purposes of the MCU and Spider-man fulfills a different purpose that doesn't necessitate as much groundwork being laid down.
