Avengers 3: (Infinity Gauntlet will feature?)
Jim Starlin just posted this link on his FB page.

This is one of my favourite story arcs ever. Hopefully they do it justice.

LOL the title of that article is one of the worst examples of click-bait I have ever seen.

You mean one of the best examples . Ha..but yeah it's like he wanted to have Superman in the title.
Despite being standalone films, Marvel films are also kinda already episodic in nature. Hence I don't see why this movie needs to be split into two unless they really want to end it on a massive cliffhanger.

Zack said in the Man of Steel he had to edit out almost 2 hours worth of footage to get the time down... I would love to see a special Blu-ray disc containing the 5 hour version

I just re-read the Infinity Gauntlet. While it has some great singular moments, like Cap vs Thanos, it is a convoluted mess of cosmic gobbledygook. A series of "phenomenal cosmic power" moments IMHO will not translate to a film featuring the MCU Avengers well imho. Hell, it was not a great read for me through 2014 eyes.

I also did a few a weeks ago and I have to agree. Some things don't age well in my opinion. It was cool years ago, but now no so much. Like you said, it is a convulated yada yada. No disrespect to those that still think that it is a masterpiece.
