From the 2 I have gotten I would say it is a step down from SS in foam quality bit serviceable enough to do the job.

Thank you! A little concerning. But so far there hasn't been anything floating around with any qc issues. So Ill take that as it is.

Yea, the endoskull was not really a big damage concern anyway, but I did have some issues with my Anubis that were caused by the packaging.

I would say they are very secure and well protected. You would need someone intentionally trying to wreck the package to cause damage to the contents...or it fall off the boat between US and China and drown in water...

With that said there has been more than one case of Anubis problems. But as far as my skull and guardian go, it's beyond good enough in my book. It seems though they can stand to improve on more complicated pieces like Anubis. Break Out rex might register as complicated due to the fence and base....we'll see how the packaging works out.

Seriously, get over it. Common sense would dictate that they know how to package items reasonably well because they've shipped many and the forums aren't going crazy with constant complaints. If you wanted reassurance that your item isn't going to arrive broken then no company can guarantee that--not even the mighty XM--no matter what materials/method they use. As someone that's been collecting a long time, you should know to do deeper research by looking through the threads for packaging pics to see for yourself.

I am not taking side with anybody, but when I buy statues....the foam is important too. ARH is one of the companies that uses cheap @$$ foam, which causes a mess just trying to take the statue out. I highly doubt those foam offers any protections.

I can say this with confidence, we haven't lost a product yet due to shipping. We've had customers break their statues while assembling them or dropped pieces on the floor.

I think we have some of the most secure packaging in the industry and we've started shipping all of our products with foam corners inside the shipping box to protect the product further and our killer packaging.

That's a HUGE plus in my books and every collectible from any company should have these extra protection foam corners,no exception.Well done CC!
