Man I tried...it's a Marvel 70th Anniversary cel/sketch card from Rittenhouse Archives, Clearly Heroic Iron Man #PC3. But I can't nail down an artist name for it anywhere

all I know is, it is a card.

which is too small for my use

this same 2 iron man image is also used for the "iron man famous cover" toy
