I guess the one TRUE answer is that the Hulk's ever growing rage and fortitude will eventually overcome whomever is within the Destroyer armor, hence winning the battle (assuming the Destoryer doesn't desintigrate the Hulk with his beam).
HOWEVER....
The Hulks strength and abilities are NOT on a level high enough to utterly disable/destroy the Destroyer armor on a physical level.
