Red meat is tied to colon cancer. The less you eat the better.
I have a beef steak about once a month. It's chicken or fish the rest of the way. Burgers, don't touch those.

Because I have an auto immune disease and they said it might help to cut out all the things that might be causing it. I don't know. At this point I'll try anything.
