Red meat is tied to colon cancer. The less you eat the better.
I have a beef steak about once a month. It's chicken or fish the rest of the way. Burgers, don't touch those.

im no doctor but id go vegan or even raw vegan before going to an all beef diet, that just sounds insane to me. just lookin out for ya bro
