Soooo... Anyone know how to reach Iron Studios? My piece came with a serious flaw on the face and I need to speak with them. I can't seem to get the only web address I found for them to pull up.

I've seen other companies actually assist when there is a flaw with their product. I want to contact Iron Studios as this error obviously happened before it shipped. It's a quality issue. As for the second question, I bought this from an overseas seller and the language barrier is getting exceptionally difficult. Hence, I want to speak with IS and hope maybe they will assist in some way. This is the most expensive single piece I've ever purchased, and there is a flaw on is face. I'll talk to the local guy in a tinfoil hat if it gets me somewhere.
