Edit: So i've been reading up on e2046 because the price for Raiden is 1/3 of the original asking price, and people are leaving feedback saying they've already gotten their figure. This is confusing, because this figure isn't available until summer 2014. Apparently e2046 commissions workshops for recasts, and sometimes these are the level of thai resins, which makes this a ridiculously shady purchase.

I bought a GK version (because it's just so cheap, and I don't want to miss out on this), but looks like i'll still be looking for the original GK (with any luck, e2046 has ordered an official first batch).

painted version http://www.e2046.com/product/19514
unpainted version http://www.e2046.com/product/19440
i know some of the comments are stating they received theirs. but it still says Pre-order with a release date 2014-01-21

and how do you know they are a recast company Laid?
where did you read this?
Mamegyorai is the original makers of this statue/kit then? http://www.mamegyorai.co.jp/net/main...px?item=361900
maybe E2046 are just selling them for Mamegyorai?

i dont support recasters. so i would like to know for sure if E2046 is a recast company.
for i would like to get one from the original producers of this statue.
if anyone have info on this please post it

E2046 is well known for selling recasts of mostly anime resin figures. They sell recasts of garagekits but also prepainted ones under the name 'Gathering'. They even have a 'share a kit'-program. They do sell genuine pvc figures also though. And they sell original designs under their own 'Ori' brand (unpainted and painted ones, the painted ones also under the name 'Gathering'). Not trying to promote their stuff but especially the original designs are awesome.

The 1/6 Raiden PVC figure (not to be confused with the Revoltech 'poseable' figure) is being sold on E2046 as a unpainted kit but also prepainted (under the 'Gathering' 'brand').

But this forum does not support recasts which is understandable! So lets be hush about it.

I know they are a recast company because I read up on it from various sources. Vinnie also explained it. also also, because you didn't pronounce my username properly ;_;

WonFes is right around the corner, which is one of the many places where Japanese artists show off their garage kits. Maybe it'll show up there. Keep your eyes open when WonFes is ongoing, I know I will.

Here's a countdown timer for WonFes 2014:
