Where did you see that video was supposed to go up yesterday? All I’ve seen is video next Thursday 5/21.

I just re-read your post and just now saw it said the 21st. All I saw at first was Thursday. Oops.
I like the fact that Chad updated the shipping page on his website but I do hope that he clarifies if the shipping month means the month it is shipping from China or the month it will ship to us.

I sent my email on April 30th.
Gwen was able to respond on May 12th.
Maybe you will hear by next week.

Considering I've been trying to get this resolved since December and I've been passed off to Gwen, Viki, and now Annabel the time for being patient is over.

I've been over this already. They dismissed it because I filed the dispute past the 180 day window from the date of the transaction. I don't want be doing this publicly and it's not like I'm in the thread demanding my money every day. There's been weeks I haven't said anything. There just comes a point where you feel like enough is enough. Pretty soon I'm just going to have to unload in the Facebook groups if Chad doesn't make this right and that won't be good for anybody.
