Grant Morrison

This is from 1983, by Don McGregor and Gene Colan. It's not likely a coincidence, but I didn't think Morrison was well known by then.
This is from Nathaniel Dusk #1. Anyone have any insight?
Interestingly, a lot of the artwork appears to be uninked pencil.

I don't know this, but Grant Morrison has been hit or miss for me... I don't like his Batman run other then Batman and Robin, but his All Star Superman is the best thing,i have ever read from DC as Super hero comics.

He wasn't. As far as I know, he had nothing worthy of mention published under his belt.

Most probably a coincidence. It's not that unusual a name, anyway.

This pic below, on the other hand, recently posted on a Facebook group, is hardly a coincidence.

Wasn’t sure whether to put this in here or the prose group. Reading a brilliant book called Blood Oath and I saw this:
(This has to be what I think it is and deliberate right??)
Poster didn't even notice "G. Morrison" further down the page until it was pointed out to him.

Just slightly related to the topic here: I had a grad student once whose name was Reed Richards. He wasn’t a comic fan and had no idea why I kept calling him Stretch.

I can't stand him - though in fairness, I've barely read a single new comic book since 1986.
I tried a Morrison Batman once, and had to stop on the second page, where he wrote something like, "the darkness flies in like a dark thing with wings."

I don't know him very well. Ask permission to follow this thread, please

Do read All-Star Superman. Great story and lovely art by Frank Quitely.

ok, I'll give it a chance. I've looked through the art before and it's a bit animationy for me, but I've been known to change my mind.
