Video of Sagat Pop Culture Shock Exclusive.

I had a blast doing this video! This is a what happens when 2 passions finally meet together, statue collecting and digital photography.

Jerry Macaluso and John Cleary did an amazing job on this piece. Pictures didn't do it justice, so I decided to make a video.

Please watch it in HD and turn up your speakers!

Enjoy!

We have been hit with a lot of afternoon storms lately. The sunsets that follows afterward are always the nicest.

Some Macro shots I took today. It was physically very demanding as you have to be very still and fighting to get focus all the time while holding a 10lbs camera setup. Quite a workout.

GenoToys
I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

You should really think about using gobo's in a situation like this as photographing this piece is all about the fact that the figure reflects everything. Get a couple pieces of white foam core and move them close enough so they reflect top to bottom. That white will reflect in the figure and make Silver Surfer appear silver/white. It will make all the difference in the world.

Will try it when I get a chance with my new camera. Thanks for the suggestion.
