Nope no NRD. You can cancel freely anytime before the item comes in. Then their 30-day cancelation policy comes in. If you are using their (awesome) Pile of Loot feature (as I constantly do), this 30-day is from the time the item is charged to your card NOT from you get it, so if something is sitting there for awhile in your PoL then you do not have the order cancelation option (just so you know in case you happen to have second thoughts about your purchases frequently).

Glad to help, and congrats man! He looks great, can't wait to see you guys getting him in and see some close up pictures all around him.
Can't wait to see a great Ken (honestly kinda surprised that PCS never had the license to make him considering all the fighting game characters that they make, they would nail his pose, and it is pretty static which goes with their style).
Would be sick if the Ken statue ends up being a diorama of him in the midst of fighting someone with them inflating to explosion point or a limb already exploding.

Thanks again Sharkey!  And I like the way you think. I would buy what you described in a heartbeat, exploding limbs and all! 
Probably not the most popular, but I wouldn't mind Kenshiro in his messiah looking cloak and beard
