If Im reading that right, it was sent registered mail. That is the safest way to ship. It gets locked up overnight, and it has to be signed for at every step. Employees usually wont care about damage because they cant be caught, but this way they sign for it so its easier to catch the problem person.
Registered mail takes a week or two sometimes- way longer than the projected arrival date. It also almost never gives online shipping updates.
Like I said, if in fact it is registered, youre pretty much set. When I saw what you paid the 1st thing I thought was that it should go registered and fully insured.
