Got him no breakage thank goodness great packaging, Going to be a pain if packing him up too much styrofoam but needed. they could of painted his fingernails that's just lazy. More texture in the face could of really put this statue over the edge. Teeth not bad from most viewing distance, viewing close however it does look awkward. I expected them to be perfect that's what caused 2 years delay. Bushy eyebrows please pcs not every mk statue need eye brows bushy. Light up feature is incredible. Not blown away by it but a keeper. But by no means worth a 2 year wait. If you a mk fan it's a no brainer if you not your money can be spent Elsewhere.

I finally got around to opening up mine. It looks amazing and I really wish it was one third scale!

Any chance you can use the same sculpt and offer it 1/3?

I'd prefer the 1:3 ninjas getting rerealesed in 1:4 scale using the same sculpts.

the factory sculpted its own teeth, I think without notifying Jerry (his comment was vague on WHO resculpted the teeth but the originals were trashed, that is certain). I asked Jerry twice to clear this up, since that ruins the artistic integrity of Mr. Rilley's Raiden. Face detail was lost too as you said.

Former owner had full control on what gets released to us and what doesn't case and point darkness who has been held up due to not meeting expectations. if this was the case we will NEVER know, then it really shouldn't of left China. what we do know from pics is that what i have in my house right now is the same thing that Jerry approved when he showed us pics of samples he received from China. Teeth, fabric and facial details lost was picked up by us collectors when sample was shown (not even HD pics) how the person who made it didnt see these things is beyond me. but this is getting off topic.


back to scorpion i'm awaiting someone to do the cut of the proto as i haven't had time to finalize a seamstress for mine. actually more like finding one.
