Applying reward points after PO?
I want to add my reward points to my Red Sonja but it says on the website that points can't be added after a purchase has been made.
Has anyone contacted SS to ask them to put Reward points on an item after they have ordered it and did they do it?

That is correct. You must apply the code before you submit the order. There is no way you can do it after nor will SSC do it.

I've tried. They won't do it unfortunately.

They said it has to do with their system limitations.

While I am not a programmer, I can't imagine it would be THAT difficult for their program to accept a command that applies a credit value to a specific order number. If their system can apply that same credit during checkout, why would it be impossible to apply it to an existing order?
Unfortunately, this excuse just comes off as company line BS. I think I would have preferred it if they tossed it up to company policy instead.

Yeah i guess
I don't order a lot from SS direct as i never feel the EX is worth it......but something like Red Sonja, EX is the only way to go....sigh....guess i'll be waiting for that next killer EX.

I don't know why they can't cancel the order in the system, apply the points and then add the order back to my account....

+1
They could have always just manually deducted the points from your account and (as you said) just entered it as a credit upon shipping.
They should just state its "company policy" as it'd make it easier to believe
