If you email him, he is usually pretty good at getting back for rate questions. I think at Heroes earlier this year he was charging $60 for head sketch. He takes a long list and gets them all done.

1.Home cover quality single character pencil $1000+$500 for Dexter Vines to ink
2.Show prebooks single character $500 pencil +$250 for Dex's ink.These are available all times and dont require attendance
3.Cover recreations-inquire
4.Blanks are $100 for head,$200 torso,$300 full body. Show quality commission

Terry picks and chooses from the list. However if you've gotten a sketch from him recently he will pass on that one and try to get someone their first. He's really cool. I would still get there early for him.
