I got mine yesterday. It’s a very nice statue with a huge and elaborate base. I don’t mind having some detail in the base, but many times I wish Sideshow would consider having bases that are similar to their original pieces like OG thing, OG abomination and OG hulk. Keeping the same quality for the statue, but bringing down the cost a little with less elaborate bases.

Picked mine up today, #45. I had to pick it up from the UPS store, then goto work. No time to open and inspect  Had to work til 5:30 am last night, gotta make that money to pay for statues lol. Will share some pictures this weekend!

Ah some bases are very small and it does not affect the price at all. So another way to look at this piece is you got a good deal on it because the base is big in size.

The base just happens to have an open area large enough to hold the EX. I don't think that's coincidence.

I'm surprised they just didn't make the Monger head connect to the base via a magnet on both the main base and it's individual base. That way, you could truly display it however you wanted.
