Probably because he sold the business in May 2017....

Also i'm pretty sure Mark and Ant knew exactly what they were getting into, hell they said they were setting up a brand new company and had factories and licenses lined up but decided to go for PCS instead....

Yeah that's just last year and since there are still many aspects of PCS operating exactly as under his ownership so he may dodge the legal liability but not gonna let squeak past the responsibility of what he set up.

And if you think any of this has gone as even either Martin or Adams expected...

The warning didn't really start until April last year. When a similar post about another legal situation was made then and the Akumas and Ninjas arrived to less than universal praise lots of people then could see it coming but still haven't been able to get out due to PCS dragging their feet.

Of course I don't think it has gone like Martin or Ant have expected lol.....but i don't think they have helped matters by going silent.

The first thing they did and said when they did the interview was Radd titan, were gonna be up front and as transparent as possible and communication is everything.....that stuck for what? A few months.

All i am saying is when Jerry sold it to them they of course they knew about PCS, delays in production, god awful CS and they took that all on in the knowledge it was going to be an up hill struggle.

Jerry may have created the situation but they took it on and took ownership of it.
