The Winston Effect

This is a new book that will be released very soon and I'm surprised that there has been no discussion here. Anyway check out The Winston Effect. It is about the Art & History of Stan Winston Studio and it looks to be a phenomenal book. A must have in my collection. Available at Amazon for $33.

SW is the best. Pre ordered it the first time it went for sale. Nice to see the CM Endoskeleton in the middle of the cover page, as well as the SS Predator and Pumpkinhead. Will "display" this book next to my awesome SW pieces.

The other cover is for the limited edition. Seems like that one won't be available until January. Do you know if there is anything else that is different about the limited edition or is it just the cover? I really don't need two copies if they are identical except for that.

AFAIK, they are the same Z, just different covers. I'm getting both, though.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Thanks for the heads up. I love this kind of stuff. Im sure you all know this already, but Cinefex magazine covers this kind of thing in great detail (I have every issue). As well as a great read, its a well designed mag too, and its printed on great paper that smells nice (for all you paper fetishists out there!)
