I think I'd give this fight to Doomsday-he's taken on a ton of DC's heavy hitters and laughed the whole way through it. That and he's fought a bunch of those Imperiex robots at once(he did die at the end but he apparently killed enough of them to help tip the balance in that particular battle)

Oh yes, and Hulk vs. Doomsday?

As it's one fight, and Doomsday's "adaptive" ability can't come into play (has to die for it to take place, as others have said), Hulk wins this scuffle.

It wouldn't be a cakewalk, but if it's The Hulk's Green Scar persona, especially, it wouldn't take that long at all for ol' Greenie to squeak out a victory.
