Agreed, I think the only Variant that was warranted was the Hordak. The paint scheme changed everything. (Also probably because he one of my favorites)

To be totally honest, as a MOTU fan I could care less about variants, I think they should focus more on giving us a closer representation of classic colors with a modern take on the sculpt.
Some characters don’t need variants made, but I understand it as a business. Sculpt is already made so with this equals more sales.

Yeah in this case TrapJaw's variant seems forced but I still really like the idea of variants but I want more or better not less or barely noticeable. I really enjoyed Hordak and Teela.

That's the thing I don't get. it is a business so why not do something to get your customers' attention? I should be scrambling to get these not thinking "...eh meh".
Would it really cost that much extra to have had a couple different arms sculpted by this point and sent those 2 toolings to the factory to use instead of the originals?

Me too! I want more Skele and don't mind paying Tweeterhead for it but it has to be good enough to be warranted.

Same, I think he needs to have a Keldor head included in the Variant. Just a paint app, I might pass.

Ok, this is a variation of the first sculpt. I thought they were doing a 1/6 TrapJaw on some kind of vehicle.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Little more than just a repaint it seems.

Okay so this is an actual gun arm. Even though it's just half changed from the hook arm I am at least now back to much more interested. Hopefully the total package will be enough to sway to purchase.
