He is talking about the fishtanks that some exclusive figures came in. The Spawn.com store use to sell them, dont know if they do anymore.

They still sell them. I was at the Spawn Store 2 weeks ago, got 7 of them for $35.....total!

They have lights in the top. Also comes with pegs for the holes in the base if you need to pose your figures with them.
