Thanks you guys! I hope you know the reason I post the step by step stuff is to demonstrate that if a nitwit like me can do this, you guys can too. It's not about talent IMO, it's about learning technique, process and repetition. Learn what to do, how to do it, and do it over and over again until you stop throwing your airbrush against the wall

Alex Ross Superman won't ship until after CNY so it's time for me to break out of my comfort zone and try something different. So far it's been a sausage party in tights so it's time to move to the female figure. I got this from eBay several months ago, it's a 1/4 scale recast of an old Yamato figure, Dark Elf or something, and it's about 21" tall. It needs a bit of work, I already had to reshape the left wing so it would fit on the base and you can see the swords are all bent to hell LOL. Gonna go with the stock paint scheme except I'd like to add some red in either the shorts or the dash. So I'll break out the dremel and the heat gun, get it prepped and into shape, cross my fingers and see where it leads me!
