Diamond Select is releasing some nice Batman busts from both the Animated and Classic 1966 series. I plan on getting all the Animated Series busts, and the first, Batman, is now available.
Here are a few pictures of the new Animated Series Bust of Batman. The only minor issue I have is a small, dark scuffmark on the left arm that does not want to rub off. The cape feels plastic. Not a bad representation of the animated style, but $60 retail is a bit much. Look for an under $50 deal including shipping and you will get closer to what I think the value should be.
(The little bit of white under the cape in this picture was packing material, I was able to blow it out)
At this years San Diego comic com they showed a bust of the Mask of the Phantasm unmasked. was this an exclusive to cc or will it be out for everyone ?
