Every time I look at this piece, I really like how they went with a fuller portrait that is very Amanda Conner-esque.
And every time I think it's too damn bad the whole thing it's straight from this image. It would have made the smoke base tolerable!

The statue looks a bit too old compared to the comics. Her cheeks needs to be slim down a tad bit. Ex is not a good choice here. Reminds me of the cw pf. I actually don't like the old ss black cat, or this one. Neither the xm version. Why is it so hard to get a mind blowing must have BC? P1 want to give her a shot? Please?

I'm with you there. The original, mixed-media PF looks like a man in drag. love the pose, hate the face.
I have the Adam Hughes BC Comiquette and I love it. I know some people think the pose is, but she has a great face and the paint apps are perfect.

Wasn't the best costume choice but I still think this is a nice black cat statue. I just don't see all the problems you guys have listed. Face looks fine. Pose is good. Quality looks amazing. Ex, I will agree, is garbage though

Perhaps you just have a different expectation than the rest of us.
If you want to buy it, then do so ...and enjoy it.
I, for one, am not going to settle for this one ...one that doesn't even come close to my expectations at all for Black Cat. Especially with these prices, I'm not going to settle.
