The flipside is the developers are making more money and not losing out to the second hand market which makes it healthy for the gaming industry. Let alone the fact that digital avenues have helped combat Piracy in a big way by making games way more accessible that they have been. There is no scalping when it comes to buying a game. There are pros and cons to both sides I reckon.
