Well I received Poison today from Sideshow. Very fast shipment even though Customs was killing my wallet even more ($217!). But dissapointed it arrived damaged.

- the chain on her cap is misplaced and couldn't get it in the right position as it seems stuck
- paintchip on the tip of her cap
- paintdamage/flaw whatever on her left shoe

Messaged Sideshow about it, curious what they will do...

I’m actually surprised they didn’t use bags to put the parts in and saran wrap the chain so it’s not loose like that. I also notice PCS stopped using silica gel packets recently. It?s intended purpose is absorbing moisture. Not having it could be issues down the road when storing statues.

yeah i also had issue with her hat. for me the hat was out of her head and the chain was also completely off from her hat and found it some where in the box. her head was chipped from where the hat came off.

what about her eyes, are they googly like mine? my one has the left iris in the middle and the right one far right.

Eyes seems normal I guess.



Got a message back from Sideshow, they are sending a complete replacement, should arrive next tuesday. Hope that one doesn't have any issues...

Thanks man. I'll take back what I said about not ordering from Sideshow anymore. Sure Shipping, Customs and Tax is killing the wallet but their CS is great most of the times

FYI: SS has a $50 promo running on a bunch of stuff over $250 tonight. Mad Gear (and some other PCS items) are among them.
