So, call her, record the phone conversation. Don't run your mouth telling people their accusations are baseless when you know full well Chronicle is ignoring their customers, letting themselves be investigated, closed 100's of orders without a refund.

Then you take in account people have seen them closing the offices and their co-owner tweeting about companies coming and going, well, you have to be a fool to not see the writing on the wall.

Since you don't,well.
None of that proves anything, looks bad sure, but not proof.

Looks real bad, like destroyed reputations bad.

Why would a company still in business act like this?

Look, I've showed the current facts why I believe they're bankrupt. Show me some counter evidence that they aren't.

Call Amy tomorrow, call their offices, be their hero that they don't deserve.

I wish they're still in business, I want my orders, I just don't believe they're in business anymore.

Okay. Well, I honestly hope they're still in business as well. They seemed like honest to god collectors who cared about the hobby and it's a damn shame a company like them going under. I'm very angry, I'll admit that but it's because the lack of communication of what's happening and I might not get refunded my entire amount, I have to wait for the investigation.

Well I hope for their sake that they were truthful and that's all this is, but I'm not holding my breath. Bottom line, they easily could have headed off this whole conversation with a simple email/website announcement. It's just such a basic thing to do. In customer service, if you don't give people a good reason for your actions they will draw their own conclusions and speculation will run rampant. That they couldn't even be bothered to do that certainly would lead one to believe they are in trouble and they are sticking their head in the sand.

I will also add, I hope someone proves to me we've all jumped the gun, they're still in business and we're either getting fully refunded or our products sent to us.

I would love to be the fool who screamed wolf! That means I get my stuff!

Where is the Kurgan update on the new head sculpt? I’ve been waiting for almost 2 months and nothing? Nothing at all. Not a peep.

Why is the Kurgan now listed as SOLD OUT? Did they lose the license? There’s no way possible a fringe character like Medieval Kurgan would SELL OUT with a lousy likeness in what? 60 days...come on...makes no sense!

Why are just about ALL their products listed as SOLD OUT? Makes no sense...actually a Reasonable person would say they folded, and took off with peoples PO $$$$$ and filed.

Why go dark and suddenly have no social media presence all as people are saying these negative reputation-killing things about their company?

There’s all this smoke and some people are saying there’s no fire. I’m a reasonable collector, NONE of this seems reasonable to me I don’t care what anyone says. What I see here is monkey business.

Jesus, people say some awful, personal stuff to each other on this forum. Just terrible. But I digress...I emailed Partially and they said they contacted chronicle and to let them know if they don't reach out by Friday. I am going to wait until then before getting my credit card company involved.
