Yours looks decent compared to mines!...honestly I think their castings just don't catch teeth very well, my ARH Viking was horrible in the teeth area also.

You might be getting some track numbers any day now V. but give them a quick call, I did. I just got a couple of boxes from them today but don't know what parts they shipped, they shipped part of the statue.

In the same boat.

Still waiting, I called them and they said they will ship out in 2 weeks. Call them 2 weeks later and they said will ship out in a week. Two weeks past and call them again and they said they will ship out in a few days. Still waiting I haven't received any of my statues. Very slow service ARH.

Wanted to thank the ARH crew....they were cool enough to help me out with some replacement parts. I was repairing the magnets on the axe hand and shield arm, left it out on my deck and it dissapeared.

The yard guys came in and did work around my house that day. I did ask them if they knew anything...no one owned up.
I think it got blown off my deck, since they always finish off by leafblowing my deck. probably got thrown into the green bin or ended up down my hill in a very heavy wooded and muddied area.

Thanks again to Spencer, Arahom and Melissa, they really came through for me, they didn't have to replace the part since it was not ARH's fault.
