Still waiting for my Huntress NYCC edition with smaller ES and signed print from Frazetta jr. Paid it off 2 years ago.
Still waiting for my Frazetta barbarian. Was one of the first to preorder it. Paid off a year ago. I don't have anything.
Communications are not responded to. There seems little to do except considering taking them to court now.

You have to call them and call them and call them. That's what I did for my Arkhalla. It might have backfired because it came back with only some of the issues fixed but it did come back. You always need to follow up with them because they are always vague or downright untruthful. That's been my experience.

For the record ARH received my Horse back yesterday. Of course Fed Ex notified me. Not ARH.
Sorry to hear about the other problems others are having but I glad to see the posts here and in other threads. I think it is so important that others know what they are getting into.

Update - It has been 16 days since my Horse arrived back at ARH and not a peep.
It is now December 9th and I started this process the middle if August. So going on roughly four months now.
