Just got word back from Iron Studios that it will be shipping at the end of the month.
Their answer sounded definite, so I hope we can take their word as true.

Just found out that we should be expecting a production video of the Darth Vader statue hopefully by the end of this week. Cheers!

Actually as long as it isn't shaded out and says SOLD OUT it would be ok. Even a while after waitlist you are probably ok.
